Our Palliative and End of Life Care Service

Our caring carers will do their best to support you. We offer support from 2hours to 24 hoursWe work to uphold the five important priorities of care as outlined by the NHS:

We Offer Support With:

  • 🗹 Open Communication with Doctors: You'll be seen by a doctor regularly. If they believe you are nearing the end of your life, they will explain this to you and your loved ones with sensitivity.
  • 🗹 Honest and Sensitive Staff Discussions: The staff involved in your care will talk sensitively and honestly with you and those close to you.
  • 🗹 Involvement in Decisions: You and your loved ones will be involved in decisions about your treatment and care, if this is your wish.
  • 🗹 Support for Your Family: The needs of your family and other people close to you will be met as far as possible.
  • 🗹 Personalized, Compassionate Plan: An individual plan of care will be agreed upon with you and delivered with compassion.
